Shipment Tracking With Renowned MiX Telematics Satellite Tracking

Our reliable tracking service provider is MiX Telematics providing 24/7 fleet surveillance. The platform allows for vehicle and driver behaviour monitoring on a second-by-second basis. This data can be retrieved to draw insights, and includes the following data:

Bi-daily transport tracking reports

Clients are provided with bi-daily tracking updates at 8:30am and 2pm detailing with a summary of vehicle data.

MiX Telematics Tracking Platform Access

On request, clients are provided access to the MiX Telematics tracking platform as a user with the ability to track a set of specifications concerning each shipment. 

State of the art vehicle fleet

Our state of the art vehicle fleet is regularly maintained and replaced to ensure reliable and efficient fuel transportation. Our trucks are in service for 4 years or 420 000km, whichever milestone arrives first, and similarly, our tankers are replaced every 8 years or 840 000km .  

Vehicles are equipped with the latest tracking technology and adhere to strict HSEQ standards. We also monitor our carbon footprint continuously to limit our impact on the environment as much as possible.

Requirements for transporting fuel in the SADC

To transport fuel within countries based in the SADC, loads in transit must adhere to specific standards and possess documents such as insurance cover and permits. All loads are covered by fully comprehensive insurance cover and goods in transit cover, required as standard across our service regions in the SADC. Additionally, in Zambia we hold a coveted ERB (Energy Regulatory Board) licence, with Zambian preferential trade and Zambian Third Party permits as well as ZCSA certification for all vehicles.

In Zimbabwe, we have attained a Zimbabwean Operators licence, and hold Transport Operators Licences, ZAIM third party and Environmental Management Agency permits.

In Mozambique, we hold Mozambique Bilateral, and Third Party permits, and in the DRC all of our vehicles are registered with the Revenue Authority of the DRC. Get in touch to find out more about any of our other operating licences and procedures for fuel transportation in the SADC.

We also hold SANS industry accreditations, operational and third party licences, and other permits applicable per country. All of our goods are backed by comprehensive insurance cover.
