Obrian is a consummate leader with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. As General Manager of Southern Logix, he plays a key role in synergising the company’s strategic vision with day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
With a background in accounting, Obrian also oversees the financial management of the company. In this dual role, his responsibilities extend to fleet, human capital and cost optimisation, team integration, planning, budgeting and forecasting, performance reviews, and management of change.

Loveshawn is well experienced in logistics and fleet operations within the transport industry. He is a member of the Zambia Chartered Institute For Logistics and Transport and has worked extensively across Southern Africa, including South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Zambia.
Loveshawn has successfully managed diverse transportation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory standards. His strong analytical skills and strategic thinking have enabled him to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
Lovewell is a seasoned Human Resources professional. As a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management of Zambia, he brings a comprehensive skills set as an HR practitioner.
Lovewell enjoys a commitment to fostering positive workplace environments, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing effective human resource strategies. His expertise cover all aspects of HR and make him a valuable asset as a key stakeholder of the welfare and productivity of our team.
Tino has a dedication to HSEQ, having begun her career as an HSEQ officer in Zimbabwe. She demonstrated exceptional commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, making significant contributions to the organisation. Her journey reflects a strong passion for fostering safe and efficient work environments within the transport sector making her an ideal custodian for our commitment to a safe working environment.
